We all physically experience the energy of emotions in our daily interactions with the “outside world.” Our “inner world” appraisals and descriptions of those emotions are what become our feelings.

We must be able to understand and clearly identify these “inner” feelings in order to effectively express them outward.

The identification and expression of one’s feelings is a fundamentally human process that is required in order for healing and recovery from difficult emotional experiences to occur.

Once we can learn to identify and express ourselves to move past these emotional hurdles, we are freed to continue to grow into our unique potentials, thereby becoming the best version of ourselves we can be.
